i'm bored

Yes, it's true. Six days of sitting in the same bed unable to walk causes boredom. I have, however, discovered the amazing comedy of The Office. It took me awhile to get into it, but since episode 4 I have been laughing virtually nonstop, causing my mom to call up and ask me if everything is OK. I'm almost done with the second season, and am very sad that there won't be more to enjoy.

Looking forward to getting my next three Netflix movies (the Wilco doc, Dodgeball and Shrek 2, which I didn't think I'd see but everyone has been raving about). That's about all I have to write about, since absolutely nothing is going on. I have been playing in poker tournaments and high on painkillers, and that about sums up the last six days. My friend Meredith came over and we watched Bad Santa, a movie I recommend highly.

Trying to decide when to head back to NYC, a little concerned about my ability to bathe. : (
