strippers and badges

Thanks to How Appealing for linking to this hilarious article. I'm convinced the City Council voted unanimously for this just so they could go the clubs themselves and confirm that the dancers are wearing their badges. Seriously, not ONE person on the eleven member council realized what an asinine idea this is. Plus there is a new rule that they have to be three feet away from patrons at all times. Why would anyone pay for a private dance when they can just sit three feet from the stage? Isn't the point of a lap dance that the dancer is on your lap?
