go giants go
unbelievable!! i had the giants D on one of my fantasy teams, and being from the ny/nj area i often found myself rooting for them. having a fantasy team makes it harder to root for just one team, b/c you're always rooting for players. but now, after spending the last two weekends watching the games w/ die hard giants fans, i have a whole new appreciation for what the highs and lows of watching your team feel like. luckily i've been rooting for the giants, and yesterday was awesome!!! cannot believe that eli is going to the next round and peyton isn't. crazy! and yes, i still think manning looks like a complete tard. and i still think coughlin looks like a mean drunk who beats his wife. but holy shit the giants looked like a completely different team from most of the regular season. no interceptions for manning?! whaaaaaaaaaa! to be fair, dallas essentially lost the game. the missed catch by crayton and the mis-throw by romo were two plays that could have kept a drive going and led to a score for dallas. of course, dallas doesn't score their second td if freaking corey webster holds on to that ball and intercepts. also, both dallas tds looked a little sketch to me. i really thought they were going to overturn the first one, when it looked like his first foot went down before he had possession of the ball. i can't wait to read some articles today and find out what the "pros" are saying about the game, but i enjoyed it, even though the last minute was excrutiating.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GIANTS!!!!!
it was a great weekend, though not too much poker. football was great, especially sunday, and i saw a comedian named ralphie may on saturday night. not bad! i finally saw the movie juno, which i def recommend. ellen page is fantastic, as is the rest of the cast (which includes jason bateman, jennifer garner and allison janney) tried and failed to get into the sunday brawl, and instead railed a few people and then watched the giants WIN.

I was happy to see Eli upstage Peyton for the Day. I always say you never know which Eli is going to step into the pocket.. Snake was really worried about the GIANTS and their late season surge and didnt want to see his Cowboys face them. I hope they go all the way now, Although a scruffy old guy like Brett is kind of hot. Plus Mason Crosby is a CU alum. I may have to root for the team with the most CU alumni on it.
Play well at Borgata Sunday. I just saw its part of the WOrld Poker tour Ladies Circuit that will culminate in a tourney at Bellagio
